 We got a big aluminian sheet. 
We decided to use wood to made a mould first. We cut the wood to a 100*100mm square shape. 

We fond a column, trace it on the four conner of the square wood. 

Then, David cut the wood. 

It is perfectly mach with the column.

Then, we done for the wood mould. We can start to cut the aluminian.

We cut the aluminian into two 110*110 mm square sheets. We leave 10mm on the each side. So the aluminian is 10mm bigger than the wood mould. After we finish cuted the aluminian sheet, we sand it and make the edge more soomth. 

Then, we start to hit the aluminian. I hold the aluminian and wood mould, David hit it. When we finish one tray, we do the same process to the other aluminian sheet. We use the same mould to make the two trays, so the trays will be the same size and curves.

STEP 1: This is the mould made by Russell, Daniel and Eliot, this mould was made for us to create a reverse curves. 

When I got a piece of aluminian, I cut it to a narrow rectangle shape. Then, I can start to hit it.

I used the tool to hold the mould, so when I hitting the mould, it would not be move. I uesd a big hammer to hit it, slowly.

Then, I change a metal small hammer to soomth the edge. 

                                          

Then, I sand it to make the edge more soomth.

STEP1: When I got an aluminian sheet, I cut it to a square piece. Then, I used compasses to draw thre circle in this square piece. Later on, I used a tool looks like a scissor to cut a big circle from the square piece. It is a raw cut, then I sand it to make it more smooth and accurate.

STEP2: I ueed hammer to hit the aluminian piece, I hited so hard, I kept hitting it. Then, the bowl broken. When I saw it broken, I think it well be ok, just a liitle hole. However, the hole getting biger and biger. I have to change another piece.

STEP3: After I change a new piece, and done all the step above, I start to ues English wheel to smoth it. 

Compare with the two bowl. The second one deeper than the first one. More over, because the second one have been used the Eglish Wheel, it is more smooth than the first one.
