The big machine was cutting the large MDF sheet. There are more than 30 different shapes, it were easily cut though by the big machine. 

Cutting one big MDF piece into small pieces.

                                    

This is my piece, No.17. 

I used the sanding tool to make the edge more smooth.

This is the two pieces of No.17.

I got four screws. I used it to fix the two MDF pieces with aluminian sheet. 

When we combine all the elements together, then we can strat to hit the inner aluminian sheet.

I using two hammer to hit the narrow part of this shape. 

After  we hit the aluminian sheet, we realize that we put the two MDF piece in a different direction. Hopefuly, the aluminian is easy to change it’s shape.  So we take off all the screws, and put the two MDF piece in a tight direction. After we check it, we start to hit it.
